Tower: Most everyone is familiar with Pilates exercises on the mat. Tower with mat provides a tower of springs and bars for the arms and legs further challenging the core abdominal providing assistance and resistance to the floor mat class. No cheating in this class, springs and bars don't lie.

The Cadillac:  A large raised mat surrounded by a cage of trapezius, spring, poles, bars and straps. This wonderful piece of Pilates apparatus is both for beginner and super advanced students. Used as a rehabiliation tool and a flying trapiez artist the possibilities are endless.

Mat l, ll, lll: Level l mat introduces the fundamentals of core movement using variations when necessary. As the body builds strength, flexibility and control level ll is introduced layering new choreography on top of the same basic Pilates principles but with  flow and more energy. The Pilates chair is no exception.  Make no mistake this smaller piece of equipment will work you in ways you never thought possible. Attached springs support and challenge every part of your body for an incredible workout.
