WORKSHOP OFFERED: THURSDAY Oct. 18, 4:30 pm.          Release tight restrictions in the fascial system that regular exercise and stretches alone cannot achieve. This therapeutic technique is done on a 6″ ball with a timed element to soften tissue and decrease pain. This body meditation will bring more conscience awareness to self care and pain management.
